Feature: Add Option to Continue Viewing Chat Messages After Status Change
We have introduced a new “Continue Viewing Chat Messages” option in live chat settings.
How It Works:
- Location: Navigate to Settings → Live Chat → Live Chat Features to enable this option.

Functionality:
- When enabled, chat messages will remain visible even after the status changes.
- Chats will only disappear after a page refresh or reload, preventing them from being instantly removed.
Benefits:
- Allows agents to review chat history even after a status update.
- Prevents accidental loss of context when handling multiple conversations.
- Enhances workflow efficiency and chat management.
